"I can't speak highly enough of Titan Builders. The owner Mike is terrific. He is so good at what he does, and I knew I wanted to work with him from the moment I first talked to him on the phone. He immediately felt like a friend, and someone I really did believe cared about doing a good job for me. I did interview 2 other companies, but got such a sense of integrity and honesty from Mike I picked him. He and his crew leader Robert entirely lived up to my expectations, and I am entirely satisfied with the job they did. I live in the suburbs, and our condo is a second home in the city, so I was apprehensive on how easy it would be to manage such an undertaking from 60 miles away, but Mike and Robert made it so easy. They answered every call and text promptly. They gave me advice on products to use and design ideas. When there were a few bumps in the road (nothing to do with them ), Mike talked me through them in a calm manner that immediately calmed me. When Best Buy totally messed up my order of appliances (again something that Titan had nothing to do with), Mike helped me not panic about it. Robert handled all the details of meeting with management of the condo and doing all the paperwork necessary, I never had to do a thing. They came in on budget, and in a timely manner, even being over 2 holidays and the few issues due to the age of the building that arose (and were handled seamlessly by Mike and Robert. Most importantly they did a fantastic job! We had a wall knocked down, sheet rocked over an old service door, the whole kitchen reconfigured, and Mike not only assured me it could all be done, he also gave me a few design ideas that I am really glad I listened to. I now have a beautiful kitchen, and I am sure have added tremendous value to our unit. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and my daughter will definitely be calling them when she remodels her basement. I am confident you will be glad if you call Mike!"

"John and team transformed our old bathroom shower into a modern “marble look” porcelain tile shower. His team started work quickly and adjusted hours to our schedule. The were extremely helpful providing design recommendations, quick to complete the project, worked cleanly/neatly throughout the project (no dust and debris anywhere), and were easy to work with. And, their price was the best of the three contractors I talked to. I would highly recommend John and his team. Our shower looks incredible, thanks to John’s quality work. One of the contractors never called back, and several others provided much different solutions. He provided the most honest solution without charging an arm an leg. Since I was under severe budget constraints he worked with me and had me gather the materials saving time and money for the both of us. He performed the work in one afternoon and provided good communication throughout the process."

He helped us select cabinets and worked through several versions of the kitchen layout until we were happy with it--we were easily able to swap out cabinet layouts and finishings, like adding a farmhouse sink. His crew were reliable, on-time, and respectful of our property throughout the remodel and we appreciated their attention to detail.
