I told them it's fresh water, not salt water. We're 20 miles away from saltwater. So he said he would get back with me. And after many months and years, 3 years to be exact, I've been trying to get them. The information I need off of the coil of metal. So I can get the manufacturer's warranty. Karen at G & G told me that they don't keep that number. So, I can't prove who made the metal and who I talked to about the warranty. I've got $33,000 invested in this roof. And now, they tell me they sold the business, and the new owner is not responsible for anything that was done. Jamie, the shop foreman, told me that I did have a problem with the roof, and he tried to get me information. He never came through. So, I'm left stuck. "

"My contractor recommended Jim He placed a call and Jim came over a few hours later. I was expecting to have to replace whole section of shingles, Jim took a look and recommended we just repair (seal up) some rusted nails too close to the shingle edge. After next heavy rain still had a small leak, he came right over and expanded the area sealing up some additional poorly placed nails, at no extra charge. All good since then. I will have Jim quote on roof replacement in a few years."

JJP Roofing claims since was not the contract signer of his warranty that my roof is not covered. See attached contract to see there are no warrant restrictive provisions.
