"I hired them in July 2021 to remove several sago palms & 2 holly bushes. He touted that he is one of only 2 certified arborists in the area. Instead of removing the trees/ bushes, they cut them off at the ground then tried to grind the stumps. They left the ground torn up & a mess. Within 3 weeks, the trees/ bushes started to regrow. Doing a quick Google search for information, I discovered these 2 trees/ bushes must be removed roots & all or they will regrow. Being a certified arborist, I thought he would have known that. I have called numerous times, spoken to his wife each time, and been reassured he will get back with me. The ONE time he came by, I was not home. He left his card in the door with no note or follow up. I have again called them back without resolution. I do not recommend them at all."
