We manufacture Advanced Energy Panels (AEPs). AEPs are a retrofit for historic windows or any window people can't afford or don’t wish to replace. AEPs are interior window insulating panels and can be installed in any building –office, home or industrial. AEPs have a higher insulation and air sealing rating and provide greater comfort than most replacement windows, yet they are a fraction of the cost. AEPs are custom made to fit over existing openings, protecting, preserving and improving your existing windows.

"The initial install went so-so at best, with the quality of the install my largest concern. There were several places where the siding was bowed and "lumpy" but I attributed this to the existing walls of the house. There were some not-so-professional looking edges, trim, and corners as well. But overall the install made the house look a whole lot better so I went with it. I was also a first-time homeowner at this time and didn't know what I do now. <br />  I only lived in the house for about 6 months from the date of install and then moved away for work. I began to rent the property. The issues came a few years later. Pieces of siding began to fall off the house, unbeknownst to me. The tenants would just take the pieces and stick them in the garage. This happened from sometime in 2009 until 2010 when I returned to the Denver Metro area and noticed the siding missing. <br /> Fast forward to 2012. I finally found all my paperwork in some boxes and on this paperwork the company who installed the siding (CHS). I began my attempts to contact them in the summer of 2012. After many many attempts to get someone on the phone who could help I finally spoke with a gentleman who was "the siding guy". He informed me that because I waited more than a year, I would have to pay for the labor to re-install the siding. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by "covering the materials". This is LIFETIME WARRANTY siding. What good is a lifetime warranty of the product is installed incorrectly and sheds itself from the building? This being said, it is now almost February 2013 and I still have no new siding covering the missing sections. The insulation is deteriorating in the sun/weather. The house looks ugly, and I'm sure water is getting under the siding doing who-knows-what. <br /> Definitely unhappy with the level of service I have received (or haven't received in this case) <br />"
