"When we kept seeing dozens and dozens of millepedes in our house we called Northwest Exterminating to let them know.  They sent the tech out to retreat the outside perimeter of the house.  It killed many many of them outside, but still nearly 100 a day would get into the house.  NW came out again and treated my lawn areas and flower beds...basically all of my property.  Within two days the problem was almost completely gone.  Only a few get into the house per week now.  We are grateful for Ryan and Brian's friendly and professional services.  Not only do they treat the problem they also educate you on why the bugs come in and why there are such great numbers of millipedes this year.  Thanks!"

"The technician (Rick) came on scheduled day, first brought my garbage can up to the garage for me. We discussed what treatment he was going to apply in order to get rid of the ants and that he was also going to spray for mosquito. He let me know that he will come back next week to check on the ant problem I've been having. "We had been customer for over 2 years with Northwest and had for the most part had a good experience, until our last service in late July. We received a phone call in early July asking when they could provide service on the home and I requested that they postpone the scheduled service  date, as I was going to be out of town on business, and to call me towards the end of July to discuss what date would work for us. I never heard from them in late July and then in early August I received a bill for $99. I called the office and was told that service had been performed on the home in late July. They never called me to confirm a date and time, there was no invoice or notice of service performed on the home (either left on our door or mailbox) and therefore I cancelled my agreement with them. One of the reasons I wanted to be at the home during their service was because I wanted the service to be performed inside the home, not outside... They made no attempt to rectify the situation or work with me on a solution (such as an apology or a re-visit to service inside the home).."
