"Extremely well! I used Jason Griggs and his small but scrappy crew to repaint the interior of a home I sold just prior to purchasing this new home. They did a tremendous job for me then, at a reasonable price, so I enlisted them for this larger, more difficult job. There was wallpaper to be removed and painted over, numerous drywall repairs, caulking, and generally a lot of prep work before the actual painting could begin. They also had to work in two different phases -- prep and paint the rooms that were not being remodeled, and wait for a couple months while other rooms were being remodeled, then come back and prep and paint those rooms. All in all, this spanned a period from October to January. They did their usual outstanding job! I am so happy I was able to secure their services again. Jason is a former engineer who pays keen attention to detail. He really takes pride in doing a high quality, thorough job and will do whatever it takes to walk away with a satisfied customer. "Don't let the name fool you: Mr. Damer does much more than excavation. I'm a single mom and I have an older house that's not a fixer-upper but has come up on generational updates/maintenance. I'm on a budget and can pay, but not pay twice if it's done wrong. Mr. Damer cut down and removed a very large dead tree in my yard and clear about 30 x 8' of dense shrubbery, then regraded and seeded it, and finally chainlink fenced it increasing immensely, the utility of my yard for the kids. As a USMC veteran Mr. Damer is disciplined and efficient and respectful of a family environment - a throwback to an older generation. In the house Mr. Damer has helped to begin electrical updates/upgrades installing new work lights in my basement, an oven hood and ceiling fixtures.
