"The new fence is beautiful. It took a while for the materials to come in but the fence was installed in an afternoon."

"I was looking for painters and I got that plus carpentry and masonry repairs! The crew did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home. They replaced rotten wood, scraped and sanded, and used high quality product. Our chimney needed some repair and a mason quoted $2k... JRS fixed it for $500. They also reinforced floor joists and posts in the basement. Throughout the job Jaime shared updates and asked questions to ensure we were happy with the work. I highly recommend them."

"From start to finish, Aiden and his team were communicative, clear, and thorough. They repaired our wooden fence, installed a double and single gate, and seeded the yard. We were very pleased with the work they did. Aiden was always very responsive to texts and calls, and was very sure to make sure all of our needs were met. When asked about the various jobs, he was very sure to talk through the whole project to make sure that all parties were on the same page. I would certainly recommend Aiden and his crew, and would re-hire them ourselves for any future work. He also threw in cleaning our gutters at no charge."

"Extremely high price quote compare to other professional fence companies."

"I do not live locally, but owned a home in the area that was for sale. There was evidence of an old roof leak that had been repaired on the ceiling in one of the rooms. I needed the work completed quickly since the home had just been put on the market. Jason retuned my call promptly and said he could do the job for me within a few days. I called him on Sunday and he performed the job on Wednesday. He had to use two coats of paint but did not charge more than the original estimate. I paid him via an online app. Which was very convenient for both of us. The home sold in a week. Jason was veryprofessional, polite, and expedient. I highly recommend CMS Home Services to any one in the Lansing area!"

"Very prompt, courteous and professional. Highly recommend Charles!"

"Wellman Welding made a custom wrought iron railing for me, and did the most phenomenal job! It is so impressive and gorgeous! The owner of the company, Destin, Is timely and extremely respectful and communicates very well. I am beyond thrilled with his work, and will definitely hire him in the future."
