We do rough framing to finish work. "I hired Joe Wilson to remodel my parents master bathroom. All I can say is that after almost 14,000 later I have to hire a new contractor to come and fix so much of the work that was done. The grout on the shower floor and corners is a mess. The tile shower was framed with wood quarter round trim that is falling off instead of tile or ceramic. The corners are only mitered 30% of the time. The shower niche has to be completely replaced as it pools half an inch of water because of the incorrect oversized border that allows no water to drain. The tile on the floor of the shower is sharp and poorly grouted. The dry wall is completely in even and all the tape lines are visible. Two large tiles in the wall of the shower are the wrong color and stand out as such. The light fixture was missing a screw and hanging loose. The sink of a brand new vanity and faucet doesn’t drain if the water is ran for more than a few seconds. I find more mistakes every day. Extremely unacceptable and distressing."

"The company represented to be competent and experienced at bathroom remodeling however the worker, Joel was not able to complete the job efficiently. He installed a shower liner over a shower body which he had improperly installed which caused leaks and a situation where we had to break through a wall to get to the improperly installed shower body to fix it. We supplied the materials including the shower body which he did not use but instead left the old one in which doesn’t quite fit with the new shower handle. The toilet was loose and crooked also not sealed on the bottom as per code. When I pointed out to the worker that he had caused a leak, water was pouring into my basement he attempted to charge me an additional $100 to fix his own mistake. The tiles were not properly spaced so some were too close to receive the black grout that we had intended to distribute over the whole tiling project, it remains unevenly grouted. With the uneven spacing it is impossible to grout properly. Overall a disaster of a job, most of the work he did had to be redone."

He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
