He had to redo part of the cement since the door didn’t open and his workers did not close a sprinkler under the cement. After he finished the work, I started having problems with the irrigation system, his workers came back 3 times to fix it and they didn’t do it, I had to tell Alvaro how to fix it. Then the lightning system he installed didn’t work, it made my garage electricity turn off and all the food I had in a big freezer spoiled. I still have problems with the irrigation system, I have to replace most of the flowers since they dry out right away, and part of the cement is cracked.
