"Wow! These guys were perfection itself. They arrived on time and got to work immediately. It was a crew of 5 and, boy, were they industrious. The only break they took was for a short lunch. The walls required two coats of paint--and they were so organized that they finished the entire project in one day. Besides painting, they filled in nail holes and repaired cracks where trim had pulled away from the walls because I keep the humidity extremely low in my house all year. They taped, had drop cloths and plastic to protect my floors and furniture (which they moved themselves). I could not have asked for a better experience."

"Was referred to Miguel Team after they painted the interior of my brother’s newly purchased home. "Overall the power washing work was acceptable but created water damage of some tools and equipment after a power washing service that flooded the garage and the laundry room, they did not took the responsibility to wash out the area even did not alert or warn us about the effect of the power washing. They entered the house with dirty feet and messed up the house floors and bathroom with dirt and mud, and did not even cleaned up the house floors and the bathroom. The worker's name Luis Ortiz, does not accept the responsibility of flooding the garage and the laundry room, and refuse to clean the house floors, carpet, rug and the bathroom floors, They are very unprofessional and should never be trusted to do a power washing job for your home. They did not warned us about a window being open during the work or even some door clearance from the floor."

"Mr. Menendez's crew arrived on time and prepared for work. I had two old wooden exterior columns that had been dry rotting. The crew replaced the columns with a custom PVC wrap. The columns were securely installed to ensure no future water or termite damage. Next, the crew primed my exterior mouldings, my rusted railings, and the awning above the porch, all of which were over 20 years old, rusted, and a huge eyesore. The following day, the crew returned to complete painting, reinstallation of the railings, and the final touch which was painting my security door and my front door! They provided new screws for the railing and painted my front door blue--- both of which were complentry to the work I paid for."
