"Rick Jamison Painting is a great job painting the exterior of my 2-story, 2,200-square foot home. I requested estimates from a total of 3 painters that were all highly rated on Angi's. Rick Jamison Painting was by far the most responsive to my scope of work. Rick Jamison himself came out twice personally to discuss the details of my project during the bidding process. Jordan was the project manager and estimator and kept me informed throughout the process. Mario was the lead painter and showed great attention to detail and was clearly experienced at his craft. They even fixed my wooden gate as part of the project. They were not the least expensive bidder but I chose them because I felt they knew their stuff, paid attention to the details, and would do a high quality job (which they did)."

"Steve and his team are real pros. They were on time every time. They quoted the job quickly and fairly. They were able to start the following week. Everyone who came to my house was friendly. They spent a good amount of time protecting the floors and furniture. Mostly importantly, the end result was just beautiful. My house was built in the 20's so not many lines are straight or plumb which makes things a little more challenging. He treated me like I was his only client and genuinely acted like he owned the company. I got five quotes before starting this project. Price is always a factor when it comes to something as major as painting the entire exterior of your home. But from my first interaction with Paul and Claire, I had a feeling this company was different—and I was 100% right. Not only did they pressure wash and thoroughly prep the entire home, but they also used top-of-the-line Dunn-Edwards paint. To my surprise, their quote actually came in as the lowest of the five. "The large paint crew came early and finished my one story house by 4pm. They painted the stucco, trim, siding and gates. The work was neat and professional, and the crew polite and cooperative. Jame's price was excellent and lower than the other two estimates I obtained. My house looks wonderful!!"

"Picking a contractor can be stressful. Referrals, online research, getting estimates. And there's no way to know for sure if you've made the right choice until the job starts, and by then you've likely signed the contract and put down your hard-earned deposit money. I had several companies out for an exterior painting estimate, and ultimately settled on Anytime House Painting. The owner, John, provided a low-key, thoughtful explanation of what was needed, what it would cost, and what I could expect if I went with them. He offered a very reasonable price with no high pressure sales pitch. I had read the online reviews, which were all good, but there are a lot of companies out there with good reviews. Ultimately, what made the difference was that John mentioned they were a family-run business. It wasn't part of the sales pitch, it just came up in response to my questions. I guess anyone could say that (though none of the other estimators did), and it may or may not be important to the quality of the work, but in this case, I think it made a difference. When they started the job, it was John's father who showed up to supervise the crew, and he was there every day until the job was completed. The house had not been painted for awhile, which meant there was extensive prep work. While that was being done, John came back more than once with sample colors until I got just the right combination, because the really do look different once they're actually on the house. The crew was on time every day, went about their business without disturbing me (I work from home), and performed above and beyond all expectations. I cannot recommend them more highly. The last time the house was painted, I did it myself. This time, I left it to the professionals. Anytime House Painting. It was a good decision."

Communication from the scoping process all the way to completion/project sign off was excellent, they always kept me informed with next steps and were very accurate with their timeline. They actually estimated 2-4 days for the project, but finished in ONE. So amazing! Also everyone at H2R was a pleasure to work with and generally be around - George, Ryan, Kyle, the workers, were all fantastic. Definitely not your typical Southern California shady contractor. All the experiences I've had with contractors (taking 2-3x as long as originally scoped out, charging more at the end, late workers or no shows) was exceeded, and H2R truly set a very high, new bar for reasonable pricing, communication, general knowledge, and punctuality.
