"ForeverLawn PennOhio did turf replacement project on a deck that runs the entire length of my house, approximately 40 feet. They lifted an existing indoor outdoor carpet without disrupting the underlying water proofing. They then applied a turf surface, which resembles a putting surface. The edging turf is like the second cut of a putting green and is sculpted. The grass all looks very realistic and lush and cushioned. Nice to walk on and looks great. The placed two putting cups into the surface which adds to the fun. The crews are professional, courteous and neat. Jim and Betty Leone are great to work with. "It went really well!  The day Jeff's crew showed up was also the day that we were taking my mom home to NC.  We left on our trip before the work was finished and came home to perfection!  Two large flower beds full of thistles were cleaned up and mulched, and they even set up our mini-flock of flamingos!  A landscape feature at the end of the driveway was weeded and mulched.  Leaves from the previous fall were cleaned up.  Four or five small sumac trees (that were supposed to be removed by my previous landscaper) were removed.  Several bushes that didn't survive the last winter were removed.  The area under the maple trees was edged in preparation for mulch this coming spring.  When I got estimates, I had a list of about 10 things that I wanted done around the yard...and they were all taken care of!  I appreciated that the work was completed days before I had to mail the payment to Jeff.   Jeff and his crew were the best landscapers I've dealt with in the 13+ years I've been in this house.  I look forward to working with him in the future.

"Once Emmanuel and I connected (I had sent two unanswered emails) he was prompt and expedient in getting a proposal together. I had 3 contractors look at the job and I chose Emmanuel because he not only took every job but began the next job based on who paid the down payment rather than the size of the job. I was out of town each time he came to work so cannot speak to his promptness when on site but can attest to his cleanliness and quality of work. If there was any criticism or issue it would be that I expect constant open communication during any project with any changes. I expected people to be on site to finish the job one day but my daughter said no one had shown and I didn't get a text to let me know otherwise. Was then told by Emmanuel that he was coming to finish the job but he didn't show nor text again with a reason for a few days. Eventually he returned my texts to explain. A text at the beginning, even from one of his workers or his wife would have relieved my frustration or assumptions of why the project wasn't finished when expected. The other issue was that I stated several times that the grass seed used needed to be matched to what I already have planted. It isn't matched well. Emmanuel said he would do his best but it is two shades different and noticeable. Overall, the project was a success and the most important aspect of the job is that the drain is working!! I am extremely happy that I am no longer having to vacuum my lawn with a shop vac to protect my lawn from road debris of stones, silt, and sludge anymore."
