"I have no words to thank enough Lazaro and Greitel for everything they did so we have our new metal roof installed. With the highest quality of metal, (confirmed by other roofing companies), and lots of colors to choose from. The whole process took only one week, including the removal of the old roof (tiles), replacement of the woods that were damaged, installation of the entire new roof and inspections. They handled the whole inspection process, something I had always genuinely dreaded, but they made it incredibly easy and stress‑free. The crews were very conscious of keeping everything clean while performing their job (this is a Huge plus!) The next day he came out and inspected the leak giving honest advise vs others who had over quoted what was necessary. They also guaranteed the work which gave us a piece of mind vs others so we decided to go with Top Shield. The next morning the patching tech (who was amazing) was out patching the leak which he explained everything and showed us the process as it went along. "I called on Florida Roofing Systems to have a look at my roof where i live in Cutler Bay. I needed Help! I had some damaged tiles and holes in areas where there was no cement holding tiles in place etc.. Also some concern about the area around the peak over my doorway. Andrew came out looked it over. Listened to all of my concerns and sent his team out a day early. He photographed the work as he and his Team progressed. At the same time Answering all of my questions and concerns. "I had a leak appear on a Thursday morning and requested a quote from several companies and Mike at Bright was first to respond and had Leo here 3 hours later to provide and estimate (several hundred dollars) cheaper than the subsequent two quotes i got and Leo was back again first think Saturday morning to replace the rotted plywood and stop the leak from causing any further damage. Returned again first thing Monday morning replaced all the tile and inspected the roof where he proactively identified a few other cap tiles and replaced those as well. Overall, couldn't be happier with the both the service and the cost and Bright will be my go to roofer from here on out..."
