"We were very appreciative of the concern and measurements taken to determine where the extra downspout would be installed. We weren’t given a copy of the proposal. Mr. Allen sent someone out to do the job evidently with the wrong instructions because he put it in the wrong place. When we discovered this I tried calling him and he wouldn’t answer the phone. When he finally called 3 days later he claimed that he never said it should have gone in a different place. I knew this was going to happen. I am paying $275 for a downspout in the wrong place. Not everyone has money growing on trees. Mr. Allen is a dishonest person that we were impressed with and trusted. For two senior citizens who live on a fixed income this whole thing sucks."

Established in 1999, Hogan Builders Inc. is a Design and Build firm that specializes in creating what our clients envision as their dream home. For some this means adding onto and remodeling an existing home. For others, it means the construction of a new home. In either case we are fully qualified to make your dream home a reality. Our owner, Sean Hogan is a former President and board member of the Athens Area Home Builders Association. He has been appointed by the mayor and Commission of Athens, GA to serve for 5 years on the Hearings Board which reviews zoning variance requests. In addition, he has also served as Commissioner of the Clarke County Historic Preservation Commission. As such, Sean is particularly adept at ensuring your design will fit within the context of your neighborhood. In 2004 Hogan Builders was awarded the Athens – Clarke Heritage Foundation award for Outstanding Community Revitalization. Sean also hold his Lead and Soil certificate. Something else that sets us apart from other Design and Build firms is how we have built our team of sub-contractors. Our subs are held under contract with us. This means that you will never have to negotiate with anyone. Once we have correctly understood your wishes, we will effectively communicate them to the concerned parties and make sure that the work is completed in an efficient and timely manner. We are a Certified Speciality Contractor in the state of Florida. We are licensed General Contractors, as well as licensed Homebuilders in the State of Alabama.

Not only did that repair fail, this was May 2017, leaks developed in other areas. Ryan didnt respond to my texts or voicemails. and when I finally spoke to Ryan, end of May first of June 2017, he told me I have been placed on a “repair list” it is now March 2018 spoke to Ryan he informed me the only way he will send someone to my house is if a crew finishes a job early (like that’s going to happen) in other words since my check cleared I’m no longer worth their time and Im assuming the reason I’m not worth their time is because my project was small and or I’m not an affluent member of this community. just saying"
