"Project - newly remodeled single story ranch with a bay window, oversized windows and regular windows. Partitioning several sections of interior with sliding panels. Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact by phone or email. Reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. One occasion, no questions asked on needing to replace one of the larger blinds due to workmanship build (a brand product - not their own brand). It was handled quickly and shipped within a few days. Saved thousands of dollars over other vendors (who had less products and choices). I receive a lot of compliments on the blinds (& colors schemes), but get rave reviews on the partitioning sliders."

"Master Clean has been excellent to work with. I have used him personally and I sell Real Estate and Shawn has always been superbly responsive when I need a home cleaned. He has cleaned carpets, ducts, tile and mitigated water for me. I would highly recommend his services any time. It's great to work with someone who is on the ball and does great work. <br />"

"Setting up the initial appointment was easy and someone was able to come out nearly right away. The gentleman that came to help us pick styles, colors, and to measure the windows was on time and very friendly. He offered advice and took his time to explain the different types of blinds. He gave us an estimate regarding when the blinds would be in. Their office kept in contact with us to let us know the status and once the blinds came in they were able to get us an installation appointment quickly. The two gentlemen who came over to install the blinds were a bit late, but had called us in advance to let us know (which we really appreciated). They were professional and friendly and took care not to track snow in the house. The blinds were installed quickly and correctly. They explained what to do if the blinds didn't stay down initially and let us inspect the hung blinds before they left. We were very happy with everyone we talked with and we will definitely be using them again. <br />"

"It went very well. The installers knew what they were doing and they stayed safe, especially when they were on high ladders to replace the second story windows. The chief installer educated us well on the care of the windows and screens, demonstrating how to use and care for them. From Noah-the first sales rep who came to our door- to the last installer (Ron) who returned a week after installation to remove some dust from a second story window that we couldn't reach ourselves, the whole process exceeded our expectations. Yes, the windows are expensive, but Renewal by Anderson's excellent customer service and their product quality and warranty made the cost worthwhile. We are calling them back in the near future to have more work done."

"They were very professional, responsive, and punctual. Their quote for carpet and duct cleaning for my 1600sf, 3-story house, was over $100 lower than the competitor. When I am ready to move forward on this, I will definitely hire them. <br />"

"I received my radon results in a timely manner. I did not hire them specifically, (so, I cannot say I would hire them again) the local company contracted them for this service. The home inspector I hired, handled this service for me and included the results in his report."

"I called Gale's on Wednesday the 20th. That I needed our chimneies cleaned and asked how soon they could come out (it was not a emergency) we set it up for the 22nd. <br /> He was right on time. We talked about what I wanted done. That we had just bought the house back in May 2012. We had tried to light a fire in the down stairs fire place for the first time on Christmas day and the room filled up with smoke and we didn't know why. <br /> 1. We have two fire places and there would be two charges if he had to clean both. He would check both of them out before he did anything. Then I could decide what I wanted to do. <br /> 2. First thing he did was to go up on the roof. There he found that the down stairs chimney had been sealed off. There was a big rock on top of ply wood that was silcon sealed to the chimney. When he pulled that off he found the chimney stuffed with insulation. <br /> 3. He then came inside and inspected both the upstairs and downstairs fire places. <br /> 4. We then sat down to talk about what he had found and our options. The fire places didn't need to be cleaned and unless we really wanted the chimney it was a cost that he didn't see that we needed. That everything was in good working order now that he had cleared the chimney. He recommended that we put a cap on the top of the chimney that it would keep birds and other animals out as well as being a spark arrestor when had a fire going. He said that he had a used cap that was stainless steel that he could give us a discount on. <br /> 5. We decided to go with what he recommended. He went out and put then cap on it took about 30-45 minutes. Over all he was here about 1 1/2 hours. <br />"
