Our pricing is very simple: we charge a $175 service fee, and $150 per hour for Lead Electricians, $115 per hour for Second Electricians, and $85 to $95 per hour for Helpers. , plus parts for electrical, drain work and appliances. We service all brands of portable and stand by generators. Work before 6 am as well as night after 6pm, weekends and holidays is subject to additional charges. I had clearly explained the scope—replacing 10-12 standard switches with smart switches giving model number/spec—and was hoping for a lump sum proposal, but they only offered hourly rates, which is understandable. They estimated it would take about 2 hours, but the job ended up taking over 4. While they mentioned having done similar installations before, they spent quite a bit of time reviewing instructions on site, which added to the time and cost. The final bill was over $800 for a couple switches, including a service fee and $10 for wire connector? (The switches come with connector) Just a heads-up to others: be sure to ask detailed questions about hourly charges and how time will be managed, especially for smart device installations."

Another new boiler was installed (for no additional charge) and we now have heat in all areas of the house. The two men who came to do the re-installation did a good job with the installation and made sure all radiators were getting hot with new boiler. The one room that was getting very little heat with the first new boiler was up to 69 degrees on the first morning after the re-install, so this is a big improvement. Our house may be very difficult to accurately size, but the final end result was good. In addition, everyone that we dealt with during this whole process (since October) was very polite, from the technicians who came to the house, and the office staff – who were especially helpful."
