This gentleman took his time to answer all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the workmanship. "The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

"I hired Al to paint and do minor touch up to my fathers house to get it ready for sale. After seeing his great work, I decided that I would hire him to do work at my house. I had him install a new back door and screen door. he installed new lights above my kitchen cabinets, he finished the vinyl floor in my bathroom, he hung a new ceiling fan. He redid the dry wall in my bathroom around my tub. He is very punctual, he is very detailed on making sure everything is right. I also have in on schedule to do a few more jobs. "Overall, very satisfied with the job. They installed new screening in our patio door. The work was completed a week before the original estimate, the price was fair, and the workmanship was great. However, it would be nice if the company would take an extra few minutes and clean the door frame. Apparently that service isn't included in the price, but most people would probably pay a few dollars extra to have the frame wiped down so they could just re-install the door. As a business owner myself, I wouldn't (and don't) turn a completed project over to the customer that he or she would then have to do additional work on. But this issue wouldn't prevent me from recommending the company."
