"Fidelis was quick to answer my request for a quote, and after a few emails and pictures he requested of the damage, he quoted me. He told me he was quite busy at the moment, but I was not in a great hurry. Soon after, he got back to me and said he could do my job the following week. He arrived as scheduled and did a marvelous job - protecting everything around the areas where he was working with drop cloths and plastic sheeting taped up to the walls. He got the job done in one day, and even though he did not finish till almost 6PM, he did not charge me for anything additional. He cleaned up so well, it was hard to tell anyone was there. Better yet, when I look at my ceilings now, it is hard to tell there was ever any damage - and I did not even paint the repaired areas yet! I would recommend Fidelis to anyone needing sheet rock repair."

"The estimate was given by text based on my photos of a hole in the plaster ceiling and damage to a plaster wall. The technicians arrived on time, but once on site they said part of the wall needed to be replaced with drywall, confirmed when one kicked out a loose section. I wasn?t comfortable approving the work without a final price, and the technician struggled to provide one. After about 30 minutes, I called the office myself to get the updated cost and was told I?d receive an invoice before the job was finished, but I never did. The repair itself was good, but the cleanup was poor. It looks like the floor wasn?t protected, and dust was smeared with a damp sponge, leaving hand prints and water stains and dust in the flooring crevices. I was also left with two heavy contractor bags of debris left outside that neither I nor my disabled husband can move to the curb without re-bagging or hiring someone else to handle."

"We are extremely pleased with Keystone Building Services' (KBS) work on our home. Projects were fairly priced; I got other estimates. My roof didn't need replacement, yet rainwater was leaking in my LR. Justin was able to troubleshoot & seal several points on the chimney allowing leaking - stopping the problem. After another Angie's List contractor told me my next project couldn't be done because of joist spacing; KBS came to the rescue. My HVAC unit access was in the ceiling of my BR closet. KBS cleverly saw a way to get access constructed in the adjacent hallway ceiling. The framing blends in perfectly with the other molding. KBS does an excellent job of cleaning up other contractors' messes. After another contractor overcharged me for an incomplete basement drywall demo, mold remediation and poorly done French drain rehab, KBS: located & remediated mold in in another section and improved the water drainage. We're already planning future projects for KBS. "

They always arrived on promised start time for the day, MIguel would brief me about the work they intended to do for the day and make sure I understood and agreed with their plan/approach. Every day they went about their business as professionals. When something unexpected came up or they had questions, Miguel informed me immediately and we discussed and resolved how best to move forward. List of jobs performed: Drywall repair, room painting, flooring installation in kitchen and bedrooms, new shower installation, replaced carpeting in two rooms and on stairs, deck post replacements, deck sanding and staining. They made sure to move or cover nearby items while working to protect them, cleaned up at the end of each day, and brought a dumpster to collect and haul away the trash and debris.
