"I had Geno replace my gutters & install gutter guards in July. I waited to review the work until now so I could determine how the gutters handled the falling leaves. I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. I recommended Geno to a friend, who also was pleased with his work. I will certainly recommend him to others & will use him in the future if I need additional roofing or siding repairs."

"I read other reviews for Townsley Contracting before calling Jim and I was not disappointed. He was both responsive and very helpful. We set an appointment for an overall check on the health of my roof which had been prompted by a new leak.  Jim arrived promptly at the day and time we had agreed upon. <br /> He assessed the roof and also determined the cause of my leak which included digital photos of the various issues he found. At my request, he provided several levels of recommendations ranging from the "let's stop this leak now" to "what would a roof replacement look like?" <br /> I appreciated Jim's low key approach to finding the right solution(s) that fit my budget. He did not try to hard sell an immediate roof replacement and even suggested some of the medium repairs could wait until I was ready to replace the roof in a year or two. <br /> Based on my experience, I have already asked Jim for quotes on additional work and fully expect that he will be on my shortlist of go-to contractors. <br /> <br /> <br />"
