"When I advised AP Lawn Service that my home was being placed for sale, his interest and enthusiasm seemed to go away. Shortly after, he emailed a new lawn service contract, when we already had one good for the remainder of the year. Finally, it got harder and harder to get him to schedule my lawn in a timely manner. When I called to terminate our service agreement, he did agree to terminate, but my lawn had deteriorated which placed me in a difficult position to prepare my lawn for potential buyers. Based upon my personal experience only with AP Lawn Service, I would not use them nor recommend them to anyone else. <br />"

"I sent Josh a photo of the worms (1000's) and he identified them and we scheduled for him to come the following morning. While he was there I asked if we could go ahead and treat the yard for fall weeds and agreed. Within an hour the worms were dying. we haven't had any since and our yard is weed free as well."

"Basic Lawn Care has worked for me for over four years. They have always been on time and have done a great job on all the work. I would highly recommend them, as they are reliable, dependable, and professional. Larry, the owner, works right along with the help, and he supervises them as they complete the work. I have never had any unsatisfactory work done by them. On this particular job, they not only mowed and edged the lawn, but planted around 25 day lilies, trimmed our spiral Junipers, sprayed, and planted around 30 perennials. They also weeded 3 large flower beds. Our lawn is quite large, so the mowing and edging took quite awhile. In addition, they pruned some shrubs that had gone wild. The price was very fair for the work they did. <br />"
