(Hate when service providers like contractors say they can fix something just because they want a higher paying job than whats originally requested, then it falls through or looks shoddy, after its "fixed") Alex was quick to assure me what he could and could not accomplish within his experience/skillsets and even referred a contractor who would be able to assist with some landscaping issues I brought up when we were discussing some of the side projects I have going on the property. I have already recommended him to a neighbor who was looking for someone to weld some handrails for a mother in law suite they are finishing up. Great experience, will recommend and hire again if I need anything fixed."

"Great! My 82 year old house had ancient wiring. I couldn’t move out so Cesar and his team worked around me and my dogs. He was prompt, humble, talented, respectful, and just nice to be around. He did minimal holes to the walls, then patched them expertly. He remembered every item on the punch list and checked back that I was happy. I thought one room had new wires, but it did not. He did that room too and didn’t charge extra. He replaced all the switches and outlets, and added a whole new circuit for the kitchen. Hire him. You will not regret it."
