We were so impressed with their work, we decided to have them also landscape our front yard as well!"

"I was overcharged ? the price was changed after the project was completed, and I received no help with designing the space. This was not made clear to me during the initial phases of the project. Other contractors typically include design guidance, but I was left to figure out plant selections and their placement myself, which was time-consuming and frustrating, especially as I?m not an expert in landscaping. Roy overpromised and underdelivered. The team that came to do the physical work, led by Hugo, was fine, but I expected a professional service that included both design and supervision ? not something I had to manage myself. I was also charged $185 for a tree rose without being told its price in advance, adding to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I had a very bad experience with Roy and Nick. They are dishonest, and you may end up with a much higher bill than initially quoted. I wish I had researched their reviews more carefully before hiring them, and I would not recommend them."

"Josue, the owner of Crest Landscape is wonderful. He listens to what you want and anything is possible. He reassured me when I had difficulty with my fountain and said “no problem we will get it running” and running indeed he did. I will be using Josue to create my backyard into a sanctuary for me with my fountain as the centerpiece. He is personable and professional. Call him before he gets too busy. Excellent service. "I hired Hillcrest Landscaping owned by Saul Martinez to repair or replace our old sprinkler heads and pour some concrete to finish up a sidewalk. That was in September and I have regretted it since. Do not hire this company. He is not trustworthy. He left on a Friday, said he would be back on Monday to finish up the work. I know you don't pay until the job is done but I did it and I won't do it again. Lesson learned. He got paid to finish the job and didn't. No phone call from anyone from Hillcrest Landscaping. No one came to finish up the work he said he would finish. He has been here once since with the assurance that he would be back to finish my project and I am still waiting. No call no show, again. I now have to do it myself. Some of the work will have to be hired out. Even though I have already paid Hillcrest Landscaping for the work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! "

"What a wonderful experience working with Welcome Home Landscape and Lawn Care. A tree company had unexpectedly taken down a eucalyptus tree, destroying my back fence, leaving a glaring view of my neighbors and creating a crisis for me and my three dogs. Ken from Welcome Home walked the land with me and we brainstormed together. He was kind and understanding, had great ideas for what we could do, and together we developed a plan in several stages that I truly believe will make a big difference. He recommended a fencing company that came out right away. We put in a deer fence that is such an improvement. Then Ken came and cleared the debris from the land, leaving a forest floor of light mulch from the leaves. The land has never looked better. Our next stage is to plant. I so look forward to working more and seeing it all flourish. I feel truly blessed to have found this company and worked with Ken. And my dogs are happy too."
