"We hired Bradley Builders to repair our entire roof in fall 2020. We received quotes from at least 5 different companies, but we decided to hire Bradley Builders because of the professionalism and timely communication from the owner Brad, and because Brad himself said he would be present during the workdays to supervise his staff. The supervision of his staff was very important to us because we have had negative past experiences with other companies for various home projects because the staff did not perform work as promised or on time. Brad and his workers arrived promptly on time each day, worked very efficiently, and Brad was present supervising his staff just as he promised. We are very satisfied with the quality of work on the roof, including the flashing material around the chimney and the two additional skylights they installed for us. Brad is very thorough and detailed in his work and he followed through on everything we agreed upon when hiring his company. I would recommend Bradley Builders."

"Boss Roofing is an absolutely wonderful company that I have used now twice. Last year I had to replace the roof on my rental property around the corner and they did a fabulous job. A year has passed and everything with that job is still fabulous. It was such a relief to know that everything was taken care of. But this year, I noticed I had pieces of shingles on the grass. I called Seth and asked if he could take a look at it for me. In record time, he responded. He brought over his ladder, went up on the roof, took pictures ( 2 story home) and showed me how many places had shingles that were blown off. I had no idea it was that bad. "We had some serious roof leaks at our leased office and warehouse space. GKG Roofing was recommended to us by our Heating & AC Contractor. He said not to call anyone else…and he was right. I was immediately impressed with George's evaluation of our situation and the strategy he recommended to us for handling repairs. To be sure, the cost was a bit higher than we were hoping for, but the membrane roof and flashing had completely deteriorated (it was raining inside our building during heavy storms). GKG was willing to work with us and arrange payment terms so that the work could be done properly instead of piecemeal. Lonnie May, their crew leader, arrived promptly as promised and within two days the repairs were completed. Their guys kept everything clean and organized during their repairs and we didn't have any interruptions to our our work schedules. "The project went well from beginning to end. The quotation process was efficient and low-pressure. The price was competitive when compared to other LICENSED contractors. The installation crew was competent and the cleanup was done well. The owner was out several times during the day and made himself available to answer questions. The only problem was some scratched paint on one of the gutters which the owner fixed after finding an exact paint match. I am writing this review several months after the installation, and there have been no leaks or other problems encountered. In all, this was a very good experience."
