From reviews, it seems they respond well to sewer and septic emergencies, but I scheduled service hoping to avoid an emergency. In this circumstance, they didn?t respond well, and their customer service was pretty scarce. So, if you need non-emergency service from Kruser Co., I offer some guidance. If you schedule an appointment on a specific day, don?t expect them to actually come, or to call and let you know they?re not coming. After not showing up when expected, it?s likely they will arrive at your house unannounced at a later date. If you want them to do the work, be prepared to cancel all of your meetings or other responsibilities for these unexpected arrivals. And don?t appear to be crabby about any of this. If you want roof vents cleared, like I did, don?t expect this to happen if your roof is 12 feet high or higher. They don?t have a ladder tall enough to get onto your roof. "
