"Since buying our home two years ago, we have contracted with Spring-Green to provide annual care to our large lawn. I can't say enough about Spring-Green's knowledge, responsiveness, and care. Each service is provided with a note left on our door, detailing exactly what was done and any suggestions or needs for the yard. Any needed re-sprays for weeds are included at no extra charge. All it takes is a simple e-mail or phone call to Spring-Green. Along those lines, Debbie has been fantastic in communicating services, answering questions, and relaying lawn knowledge. I can count on Debbie to return e-mails very quickly and with loads of useful information, and she is able to schedule any needed services quickly. To top it off, Spring-Green charges less than most of the larger lawn care companies, and I feel the service is better and more personable. Our lawn is green and happy, and I am confident it will remain so with Spring-Green's help."

"I hired Bio Lawn to do regular lawn maintenance in about March of 2018 and for the first year they provided fairly decent and service. However in May of 2019 they performed the regularly-scheduled lawn treatment and shortly aftewards large swaths of my lawn began to die. Now obviously I can't definitively say the treatment was the cause, the grass was in excellent health right up until that point. I then contacted Bio Lawn to inform them of this and tell them to investigate the cause of my grass dying in hopes that they might fix it. A few days later, a representative of Bio Lawn responded to me after checking out my lawn and determined that Bio Lawn was not at fault and would therefore neither attempt to repair the damaged spots or provide a refund for the treatment. This representative even had the audacity to imply that I killing my own lawn by improper mowing. To note, I have been mowing my lawn in the same manner for many years with the same mower with no issues. Needless to say, I found all this to be completely unreasonable and subsequently canceled all contracts with Bio Lawn. I would strongly caution future customers as their customer service and communication leave much to be desired."

"We have a contract for, I guess they do like pre-emergent weed stuff, fertilizing and things like that for us. We?ve had that contract with them for 10 years. So, we are obviously satisfied customers. I just don?t pay a lot of attention. They come when they say they?re coming. We have gone into the office, which is not too far from where we live. Their customer service has always been very good. It?s a small office, but everybody there is very friendly. My husband has never had any concerns. When they say they are coming out to do something, they are here.  <br /> <br /> I would say they are probably very good with price too, because my husband would be looking for somebody else if they weren?t. Our lawn looks great! We are big fans, obviously! We have recommended them as well. We have an annual contract. They come out and they do weed prevention and fertilizing. If we needed other things, they do offer other services, which we have not needed to take advantage of. I believe they do insect control as well. Our services with them is strictly for the lawn."

"It went very well! Lewis Services is prompt and professional. They take pride in their work and do a wonderful job! We have used other lawn companies before to mow for us and they would come when they felt like it, whether the grass needed to be mowed or not. They would not do a thorough job mowing and weed eating. We are very pleased! Thank you for your dedication and hard work! Your caring attitude is appreciated!"

"Jeff Walton came out and did a thorough assessment of my problems, and suggested the work to be done. The two crews showed up on time, and worked non-stop for one full day, and a few hours the next. They performed all the work mentioned in the estimate, and cleaned up so well it was hard to tell they had been there if not for the piles of firewood left behind. The price was not cheap, but the work was exemplary, and I would definitely use The Care of Trees again!! They even let me use their wood chipper to get rid of some bamboo knocked down during the big winter snow storm!"

"It went great. Within three weeks after aeration and overseeding, my lawn looked better than it has in twenty-seven years. The grass is thicker and seems more robust than ever before. I just got fed up with the excuses I was getting from my previous lawn care expert. It was always either too hot or not warm enough, too wet or too dry. The weed treatment was either applied too early or too late. I'm so looking forward to seeing what the folks at Turf Medic can do after a full year of service. I certainly am pleased with the one service they provided so far. I got the neighbor on each side of me to sign on with Turf Medic and I certainly wouldn't do that if I wasn't satisfied."

"The services was mostly good, I know that when you call them, you have to leave a message, when you don't get a person right away, you'll leave a message on the phone and then they call you back which is kind of a pain sometimes. We had a package that they go all, from spring, summer and fall, they do all the lawn treatments that go through that with aerating and fertilization. They don't cut or anything, they just do the seeding and stuff like that. Their last service was probably a week or two ago, they came out and did a treatment on it. It's a package deal and I think their price was a little high."
