From estimate to installation and follow up, communication was great, everyone was thoroughly professional, polite and friendly. They worked at our place for 4 days under very severe conditions-95 to 105 degree heat and high humidity, red tide spores in the air, making it very difficult to breathe. Never heard a complaint. Not only did they come to Tampa from Clearwater twice (because PGT didn't send the all the right parts, even after I sent PGT detailed pictures of the broken window mechanisms that had to be replaced), but they had a very helpful and professional attitude about the whole ordeal. They also replaced a plastic corner piece that chattered on one of the screens  when it accidentally fell on the tile floor the first time they came to my house. A couple days later, I was given a a quote for the windows, permiting, installation, and stucco repair.
