"Be aware of Atlantic Irrigation at (REMOVED ADDRESS), and their technicians regarding sexual harassment. Protect your family from overly-friendly technicians. We had an incident where one of their technicians was ?fresh? and ?hitting? on my wife, verbally, and also included unwanted touching her twice! This is an outrage and not an innocent act. You don?t "hit on" women or touch them in any way! No woman should be treated in this manner, married or unmarried. There should be no fear placed in any woman regarding men working on their property. We have filed a complaint with the Prince George?s County police, placed a restraining peace order against this person, named (NAME REMOVED), and also filed a complaint with the company. The company president, (NAME REMOVED), apologizes verbally and claims that they have not had such an incident. She said if this had happened to her, she would have called 911. There has been no follow-up to remedy this situation."

The work was completed in only two days and the crew worked nonstop to get it done. The work was flawless and the wall is in top condition now. "Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"

"Great, as soon as they identified that the breakers were not the problem he identified the circuit that was in a matter of minutes. Surprised the h*** out of me because if the breakers are not the problem this is going take some time to run down what the actual issue is. Not so, once the problem circuit was identified Ross's team began to fix and replace all damaged components. I am extremely pleased and will contact AEECO again if I have any other electrical issues."

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS EITH THIS ORGANIZATION. They do not demonstrate honesty not integrity in dealing with customers. Bought a dishwasher with the "promise" that if it didn't work I would receive a full refund. Installed it, didn't work. The pump had frozen and broke the discharge valve. Uninstalled and returned on 1/14/2021. I was told that they had no cash on hand. Wrote me an IOU (carbon copy receipt that they retained) and said that someone would drop off my refund the next day.I made sure my address is written on the IOU. Nothing. Went to their location 3 TIMES, no money, someone will drop it off next day. Nothing. Called on 1/22/2021, again had to give my address and was promised that they would mail. Nothing. Called today 2/1/202, still not mailed and ask what my address (still written on the IOU) and asked that someone meet me at the Benzie County Sheriff's office to discuss fraud. Suddenly, they were interested in paying, but, still needed my address so they could mail. Gave 1 hour to drop off before I seek intervention. Finally dropped off the money. Do, if I hadn't forced the issue would they ever had paid? VERY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES. BUYER BEWARE. RECOMMEND AVOIDING THESE PEOPLE ALL TOGETHER. NO HONESTY, NO INTEGRITY IS VERY APPARENT."
