"Carlos' team has done everything for me at this point: a move-in cleaning for my condo, a move-out cleaning for my last apartment, deep cleanings, and a bi-weekly maintenance clean (ongoing, after a pause for the first four months or so of the pandemic). They do a wonderful job and Carlos is always really, really responsive by text to any questions or updates. The day before they clean, I always get a note telling me when they'll come by (so I can hide to keep working and stay out of the way) and they're always on time. The team is super efficient and always makes my house look and smell wonderful, even though I am not a great housekeeper on my own and have a cat, who is a shedder. I feel their prices are completely reasonable. HIGHLY recommend!"

"Barbara and her fellow employee did an incredible job on our home! We hired them to do an initial deep cleaning of our 3 story townhome. Although we only really emphasized vacuuming the floors and steps, mopping the floors, cleaning the bathroom and dusting the blinds, They did even more than that. They vacuumed the carpets, mopped the floors, cleaned the windows, washed the dishes, wiped down the backsplash, cleaned inside the microwave, vacuumed the couch (we have two cats), wiped down the counters, stove and ovens, cleaned the laundry room space, thoroughly cleaned all 4 bathrooms, took out the trash, cleaned up all the cat hair, put back everything they moved etc. Barbara has been highly communicative, respectful, kind, organized and the whole process was thoughtfully done. "The technician, David, arrived on time, and the company gave me the heads-up beforehand that I had requested. He went right to work, looking at the clog in my dryer (it had stopped several days earlier and the fault code told me there was a blockage), and then setting up his ladder to do the cleaning from the vent outside. He explained the process so I knew what he would be doing, and didn't seem to mind that I watched him closely. First thing we saw was a sparrow fly out of the vent, so as he noted, we could expect a bird nest. He then proceeded to pull out about a foot of nest material (thankfully only one egg and no babies). After he got out all of the big stuff, he ran a brush all the way to the dryer. Running the dryer then pushed out all of the lint. He bagged up as much as he could and took it away, but a lot of it disintegrated on touch. He assured me it would disappear in the next rain, and I'm sure it will. I then asked him about installing a bird guard, and he told me how much it would be ($85) and showed it to me. I liked the design since it does not appear it will collect lint, like one I had in a previous house, and it was metal so it should last. I had him install it. He then wrote up the invoice and I happily paid ($125 for cleaning, $85 for vent). No hidden or extra charges, no attempts to upsell. He told me that they usually recommend cleaning every two years, but given our small household size, three should probably be fine. I will be in touch with SixPenny in spring 2022."
