He did a great job of cleaning it from both ends, and adjusted the dryer hose to an optimal length and resealed it with tape. Also cleaned vents well. I am very particular about mechanics, handymen, and service people. Mack's is on the short list of people I will hire again. The serviceperson was polite and personable as well as very competent. "Victor did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vents. He also cleaned behind the dryer itself which is very important! A lot of lint had accumulated over the last couple of years and he cleaned it till the inside of the vent piping looked silver and new. He cleaned it from the back of the dryer, the front of the dryer, all the way out to the exterior opening for the vent. He was on time, and he was efficient in completing the job.
