Was told by all 3 people that a manager had to call us back to line up an appointment for a termite specialist to come out and make an assessment. Was told by all 3 people that we’d be “moved up made a priority.” Have not heard from anyone at all. We called Wednesday, Thursday morning and Thursday afternoon. If a manager could actually get in contact with us, that’d be great considering we have a contract with you, otherwise we’ll be moving to a different company. This is ridiculous."
