"Called Justin to make appointment for estimate. He was prompt and courteous, also my little dog didn't have a barking fit around him. He gave me a written estimate and I said I would contact him. After a few days I contacted him to have the work done. He arrived on time with two assistants who did the actual work of installing the ceiling lights and switch plate.
