"CJ came and spent some time with me during the initial estimate. Very pleasant salesman that's easy to relate to and very detailed on how the whole project would be done. The crew that came out to replace my roof were quick, polite and cleaned up well after each work day. (2 days for the roof) Three Tree Roofing provided a huge dumpster for them to throw the debris in which was parked in my driveway, and a honey bucket for their use. There was one issue I had with the skylights and installation, but it's not enough to sway my opinion of this company. The company that Three Tree hired to replace my gutters were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly as well. I've hired many contractors over the years and have never been so pleased. I HIGHLY recommend them. Last thing I should mention......... I received a nice little gift in the mail after the project was completed. Nice touch!!"

"I want to thank Avi and his team for helping me stay within budget and fixing a terrible roof leakage. Not only that, but his team also found another area of my roof that was severely damp and needed repair with a new covering. Avi contacted me before repairing any additional findings and informed me of the issue, why it was important to repair, and the cost to fix it. I, of course, moved forward with the repair and pictures were taken to show the changes. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating is due to the confusion of being able to also clean the roof. At the beginning, I had asked for the repair of roof, a vent repair, and a cleaning of the roof (removing moss and using a powder to keep it from growing back). All of it was done including the additional repair, but the roof cleaning was not done to the expectation that was described to me. Multiple parts of the roof were missed and sadly, not all moss was removed. Because my roof is very steep, Avi made the decision to refund me a majority of the cost back for the cleaning, which I appreciated greatly. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)"

My friend said these companies were charging too much and he referred me to TJ Roofing LLC. My friend said he knew TJâ s owner, Temo Rodriguez, had used his company on multiple roofing jobs and found them a reliable, dependable and trustworthy company. My friend said I would not be disappointed with TJ Roofing. I called TJ Roofing and was pleased Temo came out personally. He listened to my expectations and my specific requirements. TJâ s estimate was the lowest roofing estimate by several thousand dollars. I decided to go with TJ Roofing and I am glad I did. TJ Roofingâ s crew was extremely professional and hardworking. The team supervisor kept me informed of the daily work progression and addressed my specific additional needs. TJâ s crew replaced 3 rotten trim boards, allowed me to paint them prior to installation and then helped me by spot painting the finished product. I was impressed that their roofing crew was very skilled at carpentry as well as roofing. I changed my roofing ventilation from can vents to a ridgeline ventilation system. TJ roofing did an excellent job with this conversion. They did not stop until they met all of my expectations (to include the site clean-up). Temo also helped me with some needed gutter installation and repairs. I would highly recommend TJ Roofing to any of my neighbors. My new roof looks amazing!"

"They arrived on time. I asked them to cover the roof where the leaks were located with tarps. I explained the house would be demolished eventually so a roof repair was unnecessary. They didn't argue, instead they inspected the roof and located the leaks very quickly. They installed tarps, sprayed the black mold that had formed and used plywood to secure a waterlogged area of the ceiling. They did precisely what I had asked for and charged a reasonable amount. I will hire them again."
