"They arrived on time. I asked them to cover the roof where the leaks were located with tarps. I explained the house would be demolished eventually so a roof repair was unnecessary. They didn't argue, instead they inspected the roof and located the leaks very quickly. They installed tarps, sprayed the black mold that had formed and used plywood to secure a waterlogged area of the ceiling. They did precisely what I had asked for and charged a reasonable amount. I will hire them again."

"I had an appointment for an estimator to assess the work to be done. The owner himself came out. I had two pipe boots that were allowing water to leak and a few loose shingles. He fixed them immediately and didn't charge me a thing. He also took quick look at the rest of the roof and said everything looked fine.
