"Office called as promised when tech was on the way. Larry was punctual and professional and answered my questions. Job was a little more involved than planned, but everything was explained and any costs updated. No surprises. While clog was the main issue, it was discovered a flange needed replaced and poor subflooring around the toilet was discovered. The flange was replaced and toilet reset. Snaking of the pipe need a little reinforcement and the 2 other techs who came to help were also very nice. Roots were determined as the cause for the original issue. Will call again for plumbing needs. Thank you!"

"Richard (Rich) was very knowledgeable and explained things that I did not know. He was on time, friendly and professional. He ran a line for drainage on our water softener and tested the water. He did a very good job. He answered all my questions and gave additional information on future care and the best products to use. I wish the price was lower but you pay for the best. "They took their time getting the job done. It seemed to be one delay after another. They charged us $175 to file a permit with the county to fix the sewer connection, but the permit had a face value of $32. They tried to charge us for running a completely unrelated errand to another job site. The guys on site seemed to be completely competent and they did an excellent job, but the office folks where another story."

"Had issue with septic tank overflowing when heavy use such as washing multiple loads of laundry. Had 2 other septic tank companies and both immediately went to "you need to replace your drain field". No analysis or testing just straight to the $10 K to $12 K estimates. Then Jeff from Tampa Bay Plumbers came out and explained their process. The end quote for a new drain field was about 4-5 k less depending upon if we had to have a a pump also installed. That was awesome to hear in itself. But first he said that we should do the following, pump out the tank and then get to the distributor box and see if may be something was wrong there. Wow he was going to actually diagnose the problem. Refreshing. So their techs came out the next day, one pumped out the tank while the other dug around the distributor box. Low and behold the box was filled with sludge. The system is over 20 years old. He thoroughly cleaned out the box and tank of sludge and the pipes leading into the drain field. Those too had some sludge about 2 feet from the box but he was able to clear them as well. So although we suspect the drain field may need replacement in the future, we think we have a few more years before that is needed and appreciate a company who wants your business by not jumping to the most expense "fix" when it is NOT necessary. Professionalism and honesty earns them my plumbing and septic work from now on. If you are smart you will always call them to at least get a quote for any of your plumbing needs."

"Cornerstone was the second AC company to give me an estimate to repair a 10 yo ac unit. Velocity Air was the first. They quoted me 2K to repair or 6K for a new unit. Glad I called Cornerstone for a second opinion. Their tech Michael wore a mask, was professional and did not try to hit me with a sales pitch for a new unit. He walked me through the issues he saw and quoted me a part for $200. 1/10 what Velocity quoted me for a repair. I haven't used them before but bc of this experience I'll more than likely call them if I have any more issues. Great experience and really appreciate the honesty."

"I initially contacted Filtration Direct through an Angie's List Big Deal promotion. After receiving a call and discussing my options, I opted for the entire home water filter system.
The installer showed up in the morning and discussed with me where it would be installed. Fortunately we had a good spot on the outside of our house. Since the tanks are guaranteed for life, I was not worried about them being out in the elements. The installer did a good job of installing, and even ran the electrical under a concrete pavement to keep it hidden.
Overall really happy with the purchase and the installation.
I primarily installed the systems as I was seeing corrosion on many of my water faucets in the house. Since this is a relatively new home, we are the original owners, I hope that this will increase the longevity of the fixtures.
