"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

We had our entire first floor interior painted including a two story foyer and great room. Cordova Painting came each day on time and ready to work. The painting and drywall results are fantastic!! They completed the job in just over 3 and half weeks and were very reasonably priced. What impressed us as well was that at the end of each day, they vacuumed and mopped our hardwood floors to clean up any dust they may have created that day. "Our home is a contemporary with vertical cedar siding. Prior to painting the exterior of our home, the siding needed to be power washed and some minor carpentry repairs to the siding were necessary. Joe, the owner of J. Corrigan came out, explained the process that would be followed, and gave us a reasonable quote. His crew was extremely polite, efficient, and respectful. They spent a lot of time on prep work, which is very important, and we were generally very happy with the paint job with some minor issues. Joe showed up at the job site every day to check on its progress. Although he personally did not inspect the work that had been performed, and it was up to us to point out any concerns we had, Joe was very responsive to any issues that we saw as the work progressed. Over all, they did an excellent job and we have recommended them."
