All I wanted was to have them come back to put in more sand and re-set if needed. I spoke with Angela, the office person, at least 3-4 times. She assured me Jon would be in touch. At one point she also told me someone stopped by when I wasn't at home. They didn't see anything wrong. Why they didn't come when I was at home is beyond me. Well, finally I reached Jon on his cell. He promised he would stop by. It's now August. I've yet to see or hear from him. <br /> Out of frustration, I sent him another e-mail a few weeks ago. This time, I included pictures of what needed to be addressed. Still no response. <br /> Customer service after the sale, in my opinion, is non-existent with this company. He appears to be more concerned with making a sale then servicing after to be sure a customer's investment holds up. Jaiden will get no repeat business from us or recommendations to friends, etc. <br /> I rated Jaiden a and quot;Dand quot; for professionalism because of the poor responsive and customer service. <br /> We had a new patio with walkway installed this summer by another company. <br />"
