"I went online at 1:00 AM and got an immediate response from Branagan's Metal Works. I read the email and went to sleep. I texted Mr Branagan at about 12:30 PM and he said that he would be at my house to pick up the piece that I needed repaired. By 6:30 that evening Mr Branagan had the piece repaired and delivered back to me. This was an exceptional service. The piece looks brand new and works very well. "Fist tech showed up and after diagnostic testing stated that I needed to replace the parts delivering electricity to the spark plugs. As I had done some basic repair initially, he felt I could install the parts on my own and complete the repair. He even gave me the part number to order (2 of the same part). The $120 worth of parts came in and they did not fix the issue. A second tech came out and dug a little deeper to find that the timing key had sheared in half. He gave me the part number and this $6 part fixed the issue. Both techs were within the time window and super nice. It was nice that the second diagnostic visit was still covered by my initial service call so I only paid for the initial service call. However, I paid $120 for parts I did not need that I may or may not have been able to return but I did not try. I would use these folks again, they are super convenient and everyone I interacted with, personally, by email, or by phone/text was nice. However, in the future, depending on the cost of the parts they say I need, I may request that they perform the work so that I am not buying parts that may or may not fix the issue. If I was not mechanically inclined I would not have had an issue, other than it taking a couple of visits and a little longer to fix."
