"I have an 86 year old home I'm trying to sell. It had painted hardwood floors under paint that someone painted! What a crime! I had Tim come out and refinish all three of my bedrooms. Oh my goodness, once I saw the finished pro, I wished to God I had had Tim done my floors 8 years ago when I bought the home. He was fast, worked so hard to get the floors perfect. "I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"Tom and Steve are fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. When I first met with Tom to start discussing plans I had several ideas and he was very honest about how far my budget would go and what I could actually do to maximize space. During demo they were always very prompt and kept the work site clean. They replaced all of my old plumbing, and because I discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen they ran plumbing to where I want to move my fridge in the future. They also discovered many issues with the existing wiring, which they replaced and also explained very clearly what the issues meant and how they were going to fix it. I had a steam shower installed and used tile to do a wainscoting in both bathrooms. They did a wonderful job tiling, especially since it is an older home and they were single lay 3x5 tiles. Also the bull nose tiles I purchased wouldn't work and they came up with a solution on the fly that I absolutely love. They were also very good about responding promptly to questions. I would absolutely recommend you work with these guys they did a fantastic job and I will definitely work with them again.

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"Joshua is really thorough and professional.  He stuck to his start time and gave approximate end times that he delivered.  His quote was accurate.   He sent pictures, kept receipts and delivered what he said he would do.
We had two changes that needed to happen that required some added labor and materials, but Joshua was cool about it.  He even came on a saturday to do a final walk through.  Which I thought was very cool.  
The pergola went up quickly and was what I drew.  
The changes inside the house he did very clean and neat.  He had to cut back an archway and then replace some tile.
I have no hesitation recommending him or using him in the future.
