"Pinnacle Roofing provided an extraordinary experience exceeding all of our expectations. After watching hours and hours of roofing and solar installation videos and studying other peoples' systems, both our roofing and solar are more meticulously installed than any other roof or solar install I've seen anywhere. It really is beautiful. We unfortunately discovered a lot of rotten wood (trusses) under our roof during the process which added considerably to our project costs. Even with the enormity of added work involved, given how competitive Pinnacle's quotes were to begin with, we were still able to finish the project under the cost of some of our other bids and they still hit our schedule deadlines. "Tekline installed a new TPO roof on an older outbuilding structure that we converted into a fully renovated studio space. They were wonderful to work with. Chris, my main point person, helped me creatively navigate a few challenges related to how to meet the R-value insulation requirements which was really beyond the roofing job they were hired to do. "Back in December, we had a different Roofer come by the neighborhood offering free estimates. They found several leaks in our attic space and initially quoted us for 19k on a 3,000 sq foot home. I told them I wanted to get competing bids, and eventually lowered the estimate to 11k, but they wanted us to enter a contract immediately and use lower durability materials. That whole experience turned me off, so I looked for different contractors. Enter North Creek Roofing. I gave a call, and got a hold of Evan R. who came over for an estimate. Evan is great, you can tell he's a veteran. He didn't try to up sale us. We ended up going with North Creek Roofing because it was one of the most competitive bids, and they came recommended by my brother who went with them for a different job. Overall their performance exceeded expectations. They initially said construction would begin January 24th, but construction got pushed back a bit to the 27th, due to a spat of bad weather earlier in the month. They told us the job would take 2-3 days, and they finished in 2. We went with an onyx black shingle, and they even painted our vents to match the roof. Overall, we're very happy. TLDR -- North Creek Roofing has experienced, honest, roofers who want to do a good job, without squeezing you for every cent. You can always get a cheaper bid, but at a certain point you get what you pay for."

The repair was done professionally and to our satisfaction, however the price we were billed was much higher than quoted over the phone, and we felt was unreasonable for the time spent on the job. "Mr Ramos is a pleasure to work with.  I had used his services a couple of years ago to replace the roof on a sunporch, and was very pleased with the work they  and found it an  excellent value for what they did.   When I noticed that some roofing shingles had flown off the peak of our larger craftsman home,  I immediately remembered All Professional Roofing and Mr Ramos and called him to set up a time for him to look at the problem.  I was also thinking our 20 yr roof was getting to the end of its life,  so when he came out I asked him for a rough estimate of what it would cost to replace it.  After he looked at the roof climbing up and seeing it better than i can,  he informed me that the roof still had more life in it and did not need to be replaced at this time.   So he came back to repair the roof in a couple of weeks when it was  convenient for him to be in my neighborhood, which was totally fine as I appreciated his willingness to do a repair.   And I plan to call him a  few years when we do need to replace our whole roof <br />"

"Oh, The Joys Of Home Ownership We purchased our home in 2014 and since then there have been a series of things demanding our attention. This last winter (2016-2017) there were torrential downpours which brought with them two small roof leaks. So when we received an offer from Angie’s List for a new roof from Premier Construction Services, we decided to pursue it. Mike emailed me the next day to make arrangements to come out and take a look at the roof and discuss the project. Right away I could tell he was very passionate about his work and that it was important we thoroughly understood the different materials and techniques used to properly install a roof. He gave us several options at various price levels so that we could decide what would work best for us. We went with the TruDefinition Duration Shingles that come with the Total Protection roofing system by Owens Corning. Since we are on Social Security, this investment stretched our budget to the max. We are thoroughly impressed with Mike and his team, their professionalism and commitment to satisfaction. Now that the job is completed, we are very glad we listened to Mike and took his expert advice. Mike and his crew finished the job (32 squares) in 3 days including tear-off and didn’t cut any corners; replacing all the flashing, ridge and roof vents. During the entire process you could tell that it was extremely important to Mike that we were completely satisfied with the work and was delighted to answer any questions or concerns we had.
