"Owner came out & we discussed that we wanted a deep floor to ceiling cleaning of LR, DR & Kitchen with focus on cabinets & above as well as floor baseboard and trim and basic clean of small bathroom. We said it was not necessary for the interior cabinets, fridge, stove etc to be cleaned. The owner actually commented that we kept an already clean home. Its difficult for me to clean above the cabinets, and they were well overdue for a scrub. We accepted the quote & went ahead. They showed up on time & the 2 women did a fabulous job on cabinets, wiped down appliances, counter, and floors were vacuumed too. They were here for 2 hours. We were shocked that no attention was paid to the baseboard/trim or bathroom as requested. Our first time hiring a cleaning company & thought a deep cleaning would include dust/wiping of console/side tables & cobwebs at ceiling. Disappointed that we didn't at least get what we specifically asked for."

I have attached double-pane windows, and he and his coworker carefully detached the panes, thoroughly cleaned between them, and reattached everything. "Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."

"WOW. I had the company powerwash my house and patio, clean the gutters and wash the windows. Everything is so bright and clean I feel like I have a new house! You could tell they cared about doing a good job because they were careful and attentive to details and kept me informed. My garden was watered, washed afterwards and protected from the solution.
