"Rick does an excellent job. i hired him because I saw how well he was maintaining my neighbor's lawn. unlike other landscapers that use a weedwhacker for edging, Rick uses an edger and my lawn edges are crisp and clean. I paid extra for him to maintain my flower beds and trees and they are great. i no longer have to worry about weeding the beds or trimming the trees. He bills me regularly so is do not have large unexpected bills after a few months, that was important to me. he is prompt, punctual and very courteous. i would highly recommend his service"

"Trish and Chris are great to work with. They came out to my house the same day I contacted them, and a couple of weeks later presented me with proposed plans for both my front and back yards. We had a great dialogue about the plant and hardscape materials and tweaked the design to my liking. They also coordinated with my irrigation guy so that drip lines could be extended into the planting beds. The finished product is beautiful."

"When I posted for a landscape project, Kathlein from Florida Native Grown was the first to call and showed up to check my project. I hired her and the next day she came with her 5-man crew. They saved and replanted my 20ft Orange Geiger tree, saved my Michela Compaca tree from the storm, trimmed all my palms and crepes, and planted 20 Mammy Crotons. Katleen. "By the way, we talked with the owner Kyle Hudgens and all he wanted to do was to justify their wrong doing, being defensive, and arguing with us and stating "it is what it is". (No is not). Man, it's very simple to remediate, just acknowledge the mistakes, and make it right for the customers. Not a good business practice!!!"

"Christian and his crew have been doing my monthly landscaping for several years. After the hurricanes, my yard was a mess. They got there quickly and were reasonable in pricing. Saltwater was not friendly to a lot of my plants and some of my trees. I got estimates from multiple landscapers but Christian worked with me and did a great job. Now multiple people in the neighborhood hired him to do all of their landscaping. That's the best recommendation one can get!"

"We engaged Tropical Outdoor Solutions through our landscape architect for a total renovation of the exterior of our property. In addition to replacing nearly all plantings, our project involved laying new drainage pipes and installing entirely new irrigation and lighting systems. The results were at best disappointing. In many cases, Tropical was unable to obtain prescribed plantings, necessitating unsatisfactory substitutions. Some of these were so small that they stood little chance of surviving, including two trees that looked more like none too healthy saplings. Plantings were unevenly spaced in many places. Failure to level the ground after excavation created uneven turf. Sod was laid blocking two gutter drainage outlets. No irrigation was provided for an area of shrubbery. Metal edging had to be revised several times. Landscaping of a small atrium, part of the original plan, was never done. Tropical told us that the project would take about three weeks; instead, it dragged on for many more. The project lacked adequate supervision and monitoring of the work by senior personnel. Several requested adjustments were either not carried out or ignored completely. The attitude and behavior of some members of the crew were distressingly unprofessional We have spent the last several months trying to correct these problems, necessarily incurring yet more expense and time lost. We entrusted a six-figure job to Tropical Outdoor Solutions but were left with an incomplete and suboptimally executed realization of a carefully designed plan. We certainly would not recommend Tropical Outdoor Solutions for carrying out sizable landscaping projects."
