They claimed that the 2-story downspouts can be cleaned out with a blower -- maybe this is true, but in all the years of homeownership I have had, I have not heard of this. Usually garden hoses are used to ensure the downspouts are clear. And finally, they sent an email link to their own review, and when I filled it out I got this message: "Please review the error(s) below. 1. Update Opportunity - The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup." I have no idea what this means, but it did mean that I couldn't submit the review to them."

"In September 2015 Gary came on a Saturday to assess the situation. He cleaned the gutters and recommended installing gutter covers only on one side of the house due to the heavy tree cover.
