He needed extra time but came the following morning and finished when he said he would. He gave us a full report on the condition of our windows, the frames, double panes with trapped moisture. He's knowledgeable on windows, glazing, gas seals, etc. We've schedule a fall cleaning in October. <br />"

"Initially I had problems contacting them to schedule the service.  I made 4 calls over 3 days with no response which forced me to contact the Deal Saver vendor.  I then got a call back after about an hour.   The rest of the experience went smoothly.   I was able to schedule the serve for the next week and the vendor showed up promptly and completed the work in good order.  Except for my initial problem of contact everything proceeded as expected. <br />"
