"Overall, the roof and gutters look great and were installed well. They completed the roof in a day and then came back on another day to complete the gutters. McKeown was very responsive in all of our correspondences and answered all of our questions and concerns. However, the cleanup of our property was not done well. I had to walk around our house a few times to gather and throw away tons of debri on our grass and shrubbery. I found nails, shingles, staples, plastic, and paper (some small and large pieces). The crew had to rush to clean up after completion of the roof and likely ran out of light (October). Another issue was some of the Hispanic crew were ogling me when I had to go outside and it made me feel uncomfortable. McKeown was a good guy, but I think he needs to encourage his workers to be more meticulous and professional."

With me he was respectful, communicated well, and understood my needs. He gave me before and after pictures of the roof. Hiis men did a great job! His price for two roofs was reasonable and I got a warranty. Overall it was a very positive experience. I’ve come to trust him and I will use him again when the need arises. "

"Jim first gave us an estimate of the work to be done (leaking old roof, new roof needed ridge vents, porch needed new ceiling, flat roof needed coating) - his quote was in the high-middle range of those we got and he gave us an itemized quote for each of the part of the project. We liked his approach and openness to us and the project. He came in and just got busy, did a great and thorough job. Everything looks great and we haven't had a leaking problem since. "Fantastic response time - I had an emergency and they were able to accommodate me on a Saturday. Felt cost of visit to come out and just use caulk to seal around things was high. Problem turned out to not be roof, but was due to air conditioner condenser backing up. Also, had H Parker Contracting and another company provided estimates to replace roof, and it was pointed out by the 2nd company that if I were to sell the home, I would now have a problem with the inspection, because the caulk was applied to seams, and that would give the appearance of a larger issue and that the roof would not pass an inspection. Not happy about that, but too late to do anything about it."
