Turns out condensation buildup and "mold" is sort of normal for an older house with single pane windows. Glad we know that know. "The owner Victor was so awesome. When he came out to our house to inspect for mold, he showed us sources of mold in and under our home we never imagined existed. He sat down with us and calmly explained everything and answered all our questions. He DID NOT just throw an estimate at us and leave. When we decided to go with Breathe Easy, Victor had his crew come to the house the next day do all the remediation. They were so incredibly nice and professional and did an excellent job.
