"Unfortunately, I needed an HVAC company to fix my AC during a heat wave. Most companies were 5+ days out before they could even diagnose our problem. Called 3 highly visible companies, from their marketing, who said they wouldn't even work on our unit. I went with a referral from a neighbor, mistake. This company took a week to get to us then the tech went MIA for 5 days with no contact when he said he would be back tomorrow with parts. Won't mention their name as there could have been multiple uncontrollable reasons why. Once he fixed everything and got our new thermostat power, our AC has been working perfectly ever since. I'm now a really big supporter of Excel Air. Their office staff worked with our insurance company after hours and actually updated us (what company does this these days) the entire way. "I needed two drains cleared so I went ahead and bought an Angie's List promo coupon for $99 for $200 of service and had them snake a couple drains for me and check out some other issues I was having.  The technician who came out was Joe.  He was very knowledgeable and experienced and totally fixed my problem quickly.  If I'd known the quality of service I'd get I would have called them first before attempting to snake the first drain myself (unsuccessfully, obviously). He was also very punctual which is HUGE for me because I have to drive 30 minutes to the building to meet any contractors and I don't live there so waiting around for hours is a major problem.  I'm always apprehensive about hiring contractors I haven't previously hired but these guys were fantastic.  I'll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues."
