"Dave was very responsive to our request for a bid. His bid was competitive with other bids that we received for the job. We decided to go with him because we liked the overall solution he proposed and he seemed to be an honest and trustworthy guy. He and his workers showed up each day. They took care to minimize disturbing / destroying our yard and current landscaping. Dave graded our yard and installed a catch basin on the side of the house and installed a drainage system around our patio and back yard. He took care to ensure the grading was correct and the water would flow to the drains. The drains around the patio were set in a concrete aggregate and actually enhances the look of the patio. He reseeded the yard in the areas that were disturbed. We highly recommend Dave. We would use Dave again."

"Prestige replaced our 1020 sq. ft. asphalt driveway, which was installed when the house was constructed 35 years ago and badly degraded. Jeff promptly responded to our inquiry, provided expert advice upon inspection, and gave us a detailed cost estimate for the work. Prestige completed the job as promised for exactly the amount estimated. The project included excavation and installation of a new base, as well as the blacktop and restoration. They also removed the remnants of a broken basketball post at the edge of the driveway and filled in the hole. The new driveway looks great. The transition into the garage is perfectly level. Connection to the township street is smooth with end joint sealed by hot tar. The Prestige team was very professional from start to finish. They notified us a week in advance of the work to ensure we could support the schedule. They showed up at 7:30 am on the day promised, worked throughout the day and completed the job at about 4:30 pm, including superior clean-up and restoration. Sod adjoining the driveway was preserved and replaced at the end of the job. A small decorative retaining wall separating shrubbery at the edge of the driveway was also restored (and improved). All residual asphalt and debris was swept up and removed from driveway, yard and township street. We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely use Prestige again when the driveway needs to be resealed."

They installed the limestone lentils above our windows, they have built a Belgium Block parking pod for our son’s car, and this year I gave them reasonably large project: to reset the entire brick patio around our pool. This job took Lee Lansberry’s small crew 3 months (4 people including Lee himself). They finished 2 days ahead of schedule and did a magnificent job. Every brick is not only reset perfectly, but it is also clean and bright (no fuzzy corners). I was not surprised. They came to work every day rain or shine before 8 AM and often worked past 4 PM.
