"The requested job was completed as discussed during initial estimate.  All within a pretty quick timeframe.  <br /> The aftermath however was somewhat of a mess due to the injection material being sprayed <br /> in a few different places on my steps and walkway.  Carmen had noted that right away that same day that he would come out and powerwash to clean up the mess.  He did as promised within 2 weeks (after one reminder call) however the stains remained on the steps. <br /> I sent an email to him indicating my frustration with the way the job was left.  Carmen rectified the situation by coming back out and painting my walkway and steps with a very nice concrete paint that both covered up the mess, and actually made my front porch much more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. <br /> 'The level of follow up and service made this whole expierience worthwhile.  After dealing with other contractors in the past, I was afraid that I might not ever hear from him again, however this was just the opposiite.  Carmen made sure to follow up after he had painted to see what I thought.  He even left the remaning paint behind so i could finish off my landing.` <br /> I would recommend this company to others for sure"

"They are fantastic. The stairs are beautiful. The steps were wider, and they had a tread effect to them. They are absolutely wonderful in the winter. They clear quickly, and they're very, very safe. I'm very impressed with them, and they are good-looking, too. I could have trouble with stairs, but these are perfect. I did quite a bit of comparing on prices, and the stairs were a good buy. It only took them two hours, so the door wasn't out of commission for very long at all."

"Due to a rapid thawing, our home's sump pump started to fail and couldn't pump water faster than it was coming in from the drain tile. I came home from work to find a huge puddle of water in the area where the pump was situated, about 1/2" deep. The pump itself was working, but barely. After spending an hour bucketing water out of the pump well, I gave Frank's Basement Systems a call at around 7:45pm. One of their guys, Shane, was at my house within 20 minutes. He did a perimeter check outside the house and confirmed water was being pumped out, but the flow was minimal. He disconnected the pump from the piping, pulled it out, and I got a view of how corroded the old pump was, and it was chock full of debris and rocks. He cleaned the rocks from the pump and reinstalled to see if that would help the situation - it didn't. By this point, I was fully prepared to invest in a new pump, and he kindly provided me with the inventory he had available. Upon deciding which pump to go with, he went to his truck, drew up the paperwork that I signed, and he was able to install the new pump within half an hour. In addition to the pump, he redid the piping exiting the house and added a quiet check valve. Finally, he provided me with an estimate for a backup pump, at my request. Besides the great and thorough work, Shane was friendly, kind and honest. He did his due diligence in first attempting to repair the old sump before advising installation of a new model. He wore plastic booties over his shoes, wore a face mask the entire time and maintained proper social distancing. I've worked with Frank's at my previous house and am glad to have worked with them on the sump for my current house. I hope I won't need any work in the near future, but if I do, I'll continue to go with Frank's."

"Not well; they kept "stringing us along" about when the job would be started. On 9/2/15 we were told that the job would likely be done in "early October". On October 8th, we were told that it was not likely until the end of the month. After October passed, we called and we were told that they had stopped pouring for the year. The question is, WHY DIDN'T THEY CALL US? and tell us that they were delaying until the next year? We called again on April 5th and we were then told that they thought that it would be in 3 weeks. We called again 3 weeks later and then were told that it would happen sometime in May. Finally, THEY called May 5th and told us that they planned on doing the job on May 11th. From then on, everything went great [except for a small glitch on May 11th when the concrete plant apparently broke down, delaying the actual pouring until the next morning]. The additional working coloring, stamping the decorative pattern, power-washing and sealing went as planned. The personnel on the job were GREAT. They kept us informed and did a great job of protecting the grass and cleaning up."
