Jeff called me quickly after requesting a quote, and agreed to look at the needed work that evening. He did, gave me an estimate, and we accepted. A day/time was agreed on, and he and one other showed up on time, and did an excellent job. We had some other things that needed attention as well, and asked him to quote us on that as well.
