"Francis returned my call within 24 hours and we set up a time for him to come look at the work that needed to be done. He advised us to buy a new ceiling fan so that just in case it was the fixture itself that wasn't working he could install it while he was here. I was hoping to just get the 1 light fixed in time for Christmas Eve and he was able to fix the 3 outlets that weren't working as well.
