He said he would wait for me to run to the store and purchase the replacement faucet at no extra cost. I had another issue with a branch, maybe a 40 ft branch hanging in about 8 feet off the ground on the side of my house from an ice storm. And I called and said can you do this? Everybody was calling but I was a repeat customer,. He came here the next day and said "I'll take it down now. I am really busy. I can't come back. Let me do it now. You are a repeat customer and I want to take care of you." I was impressed!. I can't say enough about that young man."
